Delaware Townhouse

Chicago, Illinois

This interior renovation of a townhouse built in the 1980s focused on modernizing the home while improving its spatial organization, functionality, and connection to natural light.

The renovation encompassed the home office, kitchen, bathrooms, and corridors. Existing spaces were opened up and reconfigured to improve circulation, create a more intuitive flow between rooms, and bring daylight deeper into the interior.

Custom-designed woodwork throughout the home introduces warmth, continuity, and a cohesive contemporary character, bringing new life to the existing residence.
